I needed my wedding ring repaired since it had a prong of the diamonds break off. They fixed it, buffed out the scratches, and made it sparkle. It looks amazing and as good as when I put it on the first time 18 years ago! The price was fantastic too, really reasonable for the repair!

I reached out to several jewelers seeking quotes for a custom engagement ring. LR was prompt in responding and made the best offer. Drew brought back a gorgeous stone from Belgium that far exceeded my expectations. He and his team were wonderful to work with in person, over the phone, and via email. Dropped my ring off Tuesday. Bent and cracked while carrying a 40 lb bag of water softener salt to the basement on Sunday. My father gave me this ring in 1974. I have worn it everyday since, except when deployed. I was devastated when I was told it might be three weeks before I got it back. Imagine my surprise when I was told it was fixed and I could pick it up today. As a traveling healthcare provider, it is nice when I can find such an outstanding business to help me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed to have a piece of jewelry repaired and they gave me a quick and fair estimate. It was repaired faster then the estimated time and looks like new. Definitely recommend them.

10 out of 10 would recommend. I have a piece of jewelry that had a couple stones loose and some other damage. The jeweler explained in detail what needed repaired and why, they immediately got me a quote with different options and price points for the repair.
